Justin, Mark and Brill meet at “Liberty” on level 2 to kick “Franklin” and “Lucesse II”.

8:20am

Join Mark, John and Justin for eggs. (optional) We will decide the location in the lobby.

9:30am - 2:00pm

Team clocks off and heads out for brunch, coffee, jogging, diddling, emailing, editing, whatever their hearts desire.

2:00pm

Encore begins setting Griffin A, B and C for workshops. They will set screens, projectors, mics, etc. We need to place camcorders, ATEMs and laptops to record these sessions. - MoneyShot team push all cases except the 2 B3 cases to Griffin E-H.

2:30pm

Finish setup of Griffin A, B and C by placing laptops in each one. Each room also gets an ATEM, sony camcorder and SSD for recording.

3:00pm

Mac, Shane and Minter place k-12s in both Griffin D and Griffin E-H. Cutter and Jake push giant-ass monitor to Holston and set (1) up along with (1) k12/stand and IPG laptop. Justin, Mark and Brill kick Griffin A, B, C.

4:00pm

Mac, Shane, Minter and Justin begin to set video projectors and cable in Griffin E-H and Griffin D. Cutter, Jake and Mark set Bellemeade with MoneyShot 8’x5’ screen, short throw projector, MoneyShot mixer, and (2) k12 speakers/stands.
